Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

By accepting a quotation or making payment towards any of our services, you confirm agreement to the Terms and Conditions of TRIVENI IT CORPORATION LTD , based in the United Kingdom. These apply to all projects, irrespective of size or duration.

Charges

Charges for services are provided in formal quotations, valid for 30 days.

Deposit: 50% of the total project cost is due in advance
Balance: The remaining 50% is payable upon final delivery and before deployment or release

Refunds on deposits may only be granted if no work has commenced. Time spent on research, design, or planning is billed at £20 per hour.

Client Review

Clients will be given opportunities to provide feedback during key project stages. If no response is received within ten (10) calendar days post-final delivery, the project will be deemed approved.

Payments & Late Fees

Invoices are payable upon receipt. Payments delayed beyond 30 days will incur a 1.5% late fee per calendar month.

Turnaround Time

Project timelines are outlined in the proposal but may vary based on the client's timely provision of content or feedback. TRIVENI IT CORPORATION LTD is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

Termination

Project termination requests must be submitted in writing (via email or letter). Work completed until the point of termination is chargeable and invoiced accordingly.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the content they provide, including text, logos, and imagery. Clients must have the necessary rights or licenses for any third-party material shared with us. Clients agree to indemnify TRIVENI IT CORPORATION LTD against any legal claims arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted content.

Access Requirements

If hosting services are external, the client must supply secure FTP access and necessary login credentials.

General

These Terms & Conditions override all previous agreements or communications. The laws of the United Kingdom govern all services.
