Payment Modes

All payments must be made through approved payment channels as advised on your invoice.

Change Requests & Refund Limits

We are not responsible for delays or discrepancies if you do not request amendments within 12–24 hours of delivery. Once your service order is confirmed and sent for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled due to a change of mind or preferences.

Service Cancellation

To cancel ongoing services (e.g., website maintenance, digital marketing), please submit your request at least seven (7) business days before your next billing date.

To request cancellation:

  • Use your registered email address
  • Email your request to contact@trivani-itsolutions.com
  • Clearly state the reason for the cancellation
  • Additional verification may be required

Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full refund if:

  • You’re dissatisfied with the initial mock-up and request a cancellation
  • Your project has not yet been initiated
  • There is a significant delay on our part in starting the project
  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • You’ve approved a mock-up, or a substantial portion of the project has been completed
  • Delays are due to your lack of response or feedback
  • You change your mind after the work has started

Policy Revisions

Trivani IT Solutions reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
